SECTION 1 – SHIPPING
1.1 DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN ROMANIA)
The delivery cost within Romania by Sameday Courier or DPD Express Courier and is calculated at the checkout according to the contract between OGR CREW SRL and Sameday Courier or DPD. Orders above 300 RON or 60 EUR have the benefit of FREE SHIPPING. The courier undertakes to contact the Buyer in advance, by telephone, in order to establish by mutual agreement the time at which to make the delivery to the address. If the Buyer will not be found at the mentioned delivery address, within the agreed time interval, the courier will contact the Buyer to establish the details of a new delivery. If the delivery is not made on the second attempt, the package will be returned to the Seller and the order will be canceled. If the Buyer cannot be contacted by the Courier, the order will be kept at the courier’s zonal warehouse for 5 working days, before returning to the Seller. The Buyer can place the respective order again, and will bear in advance the costs of the previous transport (round trip), as well as the costs of a new delivery, by methods communicated directly by the Seller’s representatives (bank transfer, O.P. etc).
1.1 REGIONAL SHIPPING (BULGARIA, HUNGARY, GREECE)
The delivery cost within these countries by DPD express courier is calculated at the checkout according to the contract between OGR CREW SRL and DPD. When the order has left the warehouse of SC OGR CREW SRL, you will receive by email a tracking number (AWB number) with which you can track the status of the package. For orders above 300 RON or about 60 EUR, the shipping is free.
1.3 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WITHIN THE EU)
In the case of international deliveries, cost within these countries by DPD express courier is calculated at the checkout according to the contract between OGR CREW SRL and DPD. For orders above 750 RON or approximately 150 EUR, the shipping is FREE.
Orders can be paid only by bank card. The packages are delivered through DPD International (Dynamic Parcel Distribution). When the order has left the warehouse of SC OGR CREW SRL, you will receive by email a tracking number (AWB number) with which you can track the status of the package. The countries where we deliver are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden . SECTION 2 – RETURNS
The Buyer has the right to give up the products purchased from the Site, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the products, according to the provisions of Government Ordinance 130/2000 on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts.
If looking to cancel or change an order, you must contact [email protected] ASAP. However, not all cancellation/change requests are guaranteed due to the nature of our fulfilment process. Further details regarding your order’s status can be provided via email upon reaching out. If you wish to make an exchange for any reason, you must first make a return and then make a new purchase.
To exchange or return an item, it must be in new and unwashed condition and have the original packaging and tags (if included) when returned. All customers domestic & international are responsible for return shipping costs back to the OGR CREW SRL fulfilment center. Please contact [email protected] for further information.
If a product has been sent different from the one ordered or with other specifications (different size, different color, etc.), the shipping fees will be borne by the Seller.
The waiver of the purchase of a product will be made within 30 days from the return and in the following conditions:
– the products must be returned sealed;
– the condition of the products must be the same, they must not have been worn or they must not show signs of wear or consumption;
– the product must be sent in the original packaging, together with all the labels and the afferent and intact accessories, in the condition in which they were sent by the Seller (ex: the labels should not be broken or cut). Otherwise, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a fee for bringing the products to marketability.
The buyer has the right to opt only once for the return of a product. Renouncing the purchase repeatedly will be considered abuse and the Seller has the right to block with immediate, temporary or permanent effect, access to the account involved in the abuse.
OGR CREW SRL will not issue credits or refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. Orders placed at retail price, will be handled as a refund and it is up to the customer to place a new order for the desired item/size. All processed orders shipped before the start of any sale, may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price.
Any orders shipped back to OGR CREW SRL as an RTS (Return to Sender) will be contacted via email by a customer service representative. Please be advised, we cannot refund shipping fees if an incorrect/outdated address was provided. If an incorrect address has been provided, we will refund your order via store credit, less shipping, and you can place a new order at your convenience (Not all inventory is guaranteed to be available for re-purchase). If your shipping address is correct, we can have your order re-shipped at no additional cost to you. We will hold your order for 3 business days and if we do not hear back, we will issue you a refund less shipping fees.
Any product shipped back to OGR CREW SRL as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund. Such customers will be refunded for order subtotal (minus original shipping costs paid).
SECTION 3 – EXCHANGES
EXCHANGE ONLY WHEN PURCHASED AT RETAIL PRICE. ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS, COLLABORATIONS, PRE-ORDERS AND TIMED RELEASES ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WHEN PURCHASED AT DISCOUNT.
