This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from ogr-punx.com (the “Site”).

The users who have access to the database of personal information are only those who have created an account on the OGR DUDS platform, each of them accessing the database with the account name and password.
Employees, collaborators and service providers of OGR CREW SRL, who come into contact with personal data, must act in accordance with the principles of policies and procedures of confidentiality and security of personal data, signing confidentiality agreements regarding such data.
The computers from which the database of personal information is accessed are password protected, they have implemented up-to-date antivirus, antispam and firewall protection solutions.
All your personal information is stored within servers located within the European Union.

SECTION 6 – YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.
